Maths

Curriculum Intent 

Our whole-school maths mastery curriculum follows the ‘NCETM Spine Materials’ and NCETM Curriculum Prioritisation resources (as a result of Covid-19). At the forefront of these materials is teachers’ subject knowledge and understanding of the learning steps involved, which is key to successful teaching for mastery. Teachers primarily use the spine teacher guidance and linked resources to plan and sequence coherent units of work.
