About the Role As Deputy Headteacher, you will work alongside the Headteacher playing a pivotal role in shaping and leading our whole school curriculum and teaching and learning strategies. You will monitor and support effective teaching practices across the school, lead on attendance and assessment, and take on the responsibility of Deputy Designated Safeguarding Lead (DDSL). This position does not include a regular classroom teaching commitment, allowing you to focus on leading and supporting good teaching practice.
